Florence Anyango Ogonjo is a Tech Policy Researcher, Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a Research Fellow for the AI Policy Center at the Center for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (CIPIT) at Strathmore University. She is also pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at Strathmore University. 

Her research focuses on AI governance, ethical AI, data protection policy, and digital rights, with a broader interest in the intersection of technology, law, and human rights. She explores the regulatory and policy frameworks needed to ensure responsible AI development, data governance, and the protection of fundamental rights in the digital age. 

Through her work, Florence seeks to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and legal frameworks, advocating for policies that promote innovation while safeguarding human rights.
