Weather

Temperatures in Nairobi during May are generally mild and pleasant, with average lows of around 15°C and highs reaching up to 23°C.

Rainfall is expected on approximately 8 to 15 days throughout the month, indicating a moderate to high likelihood of wet conditions. We advise all visitors to come prepared with appropriate rain gear, including umbrellas and waterproof footwear, to ensure comfort during outdoor activities. Please review the forecast: https://www.weather25.com/africa/kenya/nairobi-area/nairobi?page=14 3

Electric Socket and Power Information

In Kenya, power plugs and sockets are of Type G, the same as those commonly used in the United Kingdom. The standard voltage is 240 volts, with a frequency of 50 Hz.

If you are traveling from a country that uses a different plug type or voltage, we recommend bringing an appropriate power adapter or converter. For reference, Type G plugs feature three rectangular prongs in a triangular pattern.
